Okay, so with limited props and very little in the way of knowledge as far as technique, here are a few attempts I made at recreating a forced perspective. If you've seen the Lord of the Rings films, you'll know the technique of which I speak. My idea was to have Leia appear much farther away from the Stormtrooper bust, but it didn't quite work out the way I wanted. I spoke to a friend on this matter and she gave me a couple suggestions to maybe improve the effect. So, I'll give it another go at some point. The first image (that is the one on the bottom...oy) was taken on the floor and I think it came out pretty well, but my couch is obviously in the background. In the second two, I thought the light worked out better. But you can see the background consists of some towels...and the effect still isn't pulled off the way I wanted. Still, I thought the pics looked kinda cool.
